You can use our music for free for personal use on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms. However, if you intend to use our music for commercial projects or within your business, including client projects, you will need to purchase a license.

We offer three types of licenses: Standard License and Broadcast.

License Agreement

LICENSE GRANT:

The license for this product is granted only to a single user. If you need more, special arrangements or customization may be made on a case-by-case basis. All the music are licensed, but not sold, to you by Soundridemusic for commercial and noncommercial use in video post-production, performance, broadcast or similar finished content-creation and production use. Soundridemusic allows you to use any of the music you’ve purchased for commercial projects without paying any additional license fees or providing source attribution to Soundridemusic.

THIS LICENSE IS NONTRANSFERABLE AND EXPRESSLY FORBIDS RESALE OR LEASE OF THE PRODUCT.

This license also expressly forbids any inclusion of purchased content on streaming services (such as Spotify, Apple Music, etc..), claiming music as your own, selling music through licensing platforms or music libraries. This license forbids any re-distribution method of this product, or its sounds, through any means, re-sampling, mixing, processing, isolating.

RIGHTS/WATERMARKING POLICY:

The product, including accompanying documentation, is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Soundridemusic retains full copyright privileges and complete ownership of all music. Any unauthorized use, distribution or reproduction of the product shall not be permitted, shall constitute a violation of law, and shall entitle Soundridemusic to, in addition to any other remedy at law or equity, injunctive relief.

LIMITED WARRANTY/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOUNDRIDEMUSIC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT-ABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WARRANTIES OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH REGARD TO THE PRODUCT.

TERM:

This license agreement is effective from the moment the product is purchased by any means. The license will remain in full effect until termination. The license is terminated if you break any of the terms or conditions of this agreement. Upon termination you agree to destroy all copies and contents of the product at your own expense.

In what type of video content I can use your music?

Our music is suitable for a wide range of video types, including reviews/unboxing, pranks/comedy/fails, beauty, fashion, fitness, lifestyle, gaming, sports, pop culture, DIY, design, compilations, and more.

However, please note that our terms do not permit the following:

Music uploads (such as music visualizers, music players, or lyric videos).
Reuploads of our music.

Can I use your music in my videos on YouTube or Twitch?

Yes, you are welcome to use our music in your videos or livestreams on YouTube or Twitch. We only request that you credit the song(s) used in the description of your video or livestream.

Our library is free to use for independent creators and their User Generated Content (UGC).

Can I use your music in my company video for advertisements, commercial purposes, or for my clients?

For any commercial use, a license must be purchased.

Can I use your music in my game?

Our music is safe to use on YouTube & Twitch, whether in a video or a livestream.

If you are a commercial game developer and are looking to use our music in your game, please visit our License Terms.

If you are an independent game developer looking to use our music in a free-to-play game on websites, then you are free to do so with proper credits.

How do I credit the song(s) to use properly?

Simply copy and paste the credit section from the description of our video.
If you can't find the video with the music please follow these steps to add music credits:

Find the name of the track that you used. You can either visit the video on our channel that contains the music you used or check the name of the track in the claim text.
In your video description, include the credits using the following format:
Music: TrackName by Soundridemusic
For example, if you used the track "Phobia", the credits should look like this:
Music: Phobia by Soundridemusic

Will I get a copyright claim or strike if I use your track in my YouTube video?

If you’re an independent creator, gamer, or vlogger - and follow our usage policy - then all our tracks are free to use across YouTube & Twitch. For commercial use please check our License Terms

What should I do if I receive a copyright claim?

First of all you need to add credits, after please fill out this form:

If you complete these steps correctly, any copyright claims will be automatically removed within 24 hours.

How to use music on Instagram/TikTok?

If Instagram/ Facebook/TikTok mutes the sound on your video please follow these steps:

Load your video with sound.
Select the track you wish to use from the Instagram/TikTok Library.
Set the volume to 0 or 1 so it's inaudible.
